I have been using treadmills for a number of years. The treadmill is an important training tool, allowing you to concentrate on form, pacing and breathing, without distraction or obstacles. I've run numerous marathons, and two 100 milers, on the treadmill.

I have been running for years. I have run over 150 marathons and ultras including 19 100 milers. I have also completed four sub 3 hour marathons. I've run the Paris Marathon 11 times, London 5 times and Berlin once. I have also run the famous UTMB 100 mile race.

I have been using Zwift Run since 2016 and it is one of the best things I've done for my running. I use the NoblePro e10i treadmill to run on Zwift, where I am a run leader. I love our live streaming channel and sharing the community of Zwift with everyone..
